A New Chapter for Membrane Finance

Paxos has officially completed the acquisition of Membrane Finance Oy in 2025. As we integrate Membrane’s regulated infrastructure into the Paxos ecosystem, we are streamlining our product offerings. Consequently, the EUROe stablecoin business line is being decommissioned. The platform has transitioned to Redemption-Only Mode. All existing EUROe holders are encouraged to redeem their tokens for EUR fiat at a guaranteed 1:1 rate.

Step 2:

Receive your EUR fiat via SEPA/bank transfer once the process is completed.
