How do participants get on-boarded?

The entire process can take a matter of weeks. Paxos works directly and independently with each of its participants to ensure that onboarding is as seamless as possible. First, Paxos requires all participants to undergo customary AML/KYC checks as part of its standard institutional client onboarding. Then, Paxos appoints a dedicated account manager who will lead the participant and its teams through the rest of the onboarding process which includes technical integration and participant internal approvals.
